Welcome to Sacred Butterfly Healing. My name is Katherine, and my path to Reiki and energy healing was not just a calling; it was a necessity born from my own journey through deep personal transformation.
For much of my life, I carried the weight of unresolved childhood trauma, which eventually manifested in my body as chronic illness. In 2022, I was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), a moment that changed everything for me. Rather than accepting this as my permanent reality, I chose to begin a journey inward.
Through a combination of energy healing, trauma therapy, and intentional lifestyle changes, I began to heal, not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually, Reiki became a powerful tool for releasing stored pain, restoring balance, and reconnecting me to my body in a safe and compassionate way.
Today, I am proud to say that I have reversed my diagnosis and no longer qualify as having CKD. My healing journey is a testament to the bodies ability to recover when given the right support, care, and energy.
Sacred Butterfly Healing was created from this transformation. Like the butterfly, I believe we all have the ability to emerge our pain, evolve, and step into a new version of ourselves.
My intention is to hold a safe, nurturing space for others who are navigating their own journeys- whether that be emotional wounds, or spiritual disconnection. You are not broken, and healing is possible.
